Brutality → Andrei Chikatilo... and his victims (Set 1)
Andrei Chikatilo (October 16, 1936 - February 14, 1994) was a Russian serial killer, nicknamed "the Butcher of Rostov."
He was convicted of the murder of 53 women and children between 1978 and 1990.

| Chikatilo's first victim was a young girl. I thought she was about nine years old. An innocent man was convicted and executed for the crime years before Chikatilo was caught. The police were reluctant to admit their error. |
