Murder → Babi Yar (09/29/1941)
Babi Yar is a ravine in the outskirts of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. In the course of two days, September 29-30, 1941, German Nazis aided by their collaborators murdered 33,771 Jewish civilians. The Babi Yar massacre is considered to be "the largest single massacre in the history of the Holocaust."

| Too much primitive hatred here, justified as responding to this despicable massacre by WW2 Nazis. As an irish decendant i suppose i could hate the English landowners and London food importers for their heartlessness during the 1840 famine. But there are no pictures to stoke the hatred. Still the pictures should be shown and the tragedy told carefully, but without the comments of haters. Also let truth of today say that Jews have lost their ethical position, having brutalized and murdered Palestinian and Israeli arabs for their land esp. in last 30 years. Ultra-nationalist settlers are the new Brown Shirts, and the Merkava tanks now bear the Totenkopf ensignia. In the struggle between the righteousness of G-d/Jesus/Allah and the evil tendancies of humans, G-d/Jesus/Allah has always been defeated, out-gunned as usual. |

| Germany is so beautiful, and yet so horrid. the perfect example of human nature, while being capable of creating a society which is nothing short than impressing and enviable they also take their spot among human history's most vile and horrific murderers.
