Interesting → Ligature mark in suicidal hanging
Hanging is a common suicidal option. A ligature mark (patterned abrasion caused by ligature material) is an important finding in such cases.

| hanging is a peacful way to die. it leaves the body intact and relativly unscathed. the only method that is more peacful would be overdose. but that is very hard to pull off without knowladge of chemistry. |

| usually if its gonna kill you your going to vomit. cutting the wrists leaves more unnoticabled marks but often that doesnt work and is more of a begining cry for help thing. hanging is more succesful but man its hard to pull off psycholigically. you have so much time to second guess your desire to live that its hard to pull through. but its peacful because everything just starts getting dark and you find yourself suddenly very happy. now this is the most dangerous part because when your find yourself happy you might just decide that your not ready to die. the most succesfull way would have to either self headshot or the short walk of the really really big building. both of them have the moment before you start that your thinking and second guessing but that holds true with all methods of suicide. but once |

| you start your done. there is a point of no return. self headshot is dangerous because if you dont do it right then you end up a vegetable. in the movies people always point at the temple or dead center in the roof of the mouth. that is wrong. there is a chance with the temple that you only destroy the cerebral cortex effectivly ending your concious thought leaving the part that keeps your body functions intact. and if you aim dead center in the roof of your mouth you could always send the bullet through the chasm between the hemispheres of the brain. these are all slight chances but they have happened. naturally if your not found your going to die of bloodloss and trauma |

| but a quick ambulance could foil your suicide then noboy is happy. you have to face many years of therapy and see you parents crying.. nobody wants that. so make sure you put the gun behind your ear parrallel to the ground perpendicular to the chasm of your brain. if you have the toe dexterity you could use a shotgun with buck shot. you gotta put it in your mouth facing up and operate the trigger with your toe. shotguns are esier to get and it would puree your entire brain. almost sure win. almost. the only 100% way is short walk off a very very tall building. got that. two verys. im talking skyscraper two hundred stories. find a landmark building like the empire state building or the space needle. people are usually allowed on there and is easy to get to the top. but usually they are fenced off so unless your very quick with bolt cutters they might not be for you. a better choice might be a hotel. |

| try saying you are going to be there for a few days so you want a very nice view, or maybe you want an east facing window witha room very high so you can see the sunrise. and rememeber, very very tall. the reason you want a room on the top is cause you if you cant find a way on the roof you have to use your window. dont use the window unless you have to cause hotels that big cant have opening windows, its unlawfull and therefore you would have to break it and if you have another way thats just rude. and another idea is like a two for one. you get to the top of the very very tall building with your gun of choice and using the method for the gun i have described erlier you pull off the self headshot while your body is at an agle that it would fall off the building after you shot yourself. very stylish because your brain matter would end up covering a very sizeable area resulting in a very nice story for aome people to tell their grandchildren on those cold winter nights. |

| maybe they did it because they think there lives are so shitty that they might as well as it. Its a small thing called manic depression.. Untreated it can turn to suicide. |
