Medical → Homelessness in the United States

Those homeless man did not seek for medical help for two weeks. Now you can see how his wound got infested with maggots over that time.

In this rich country , it is shameful that nobody wants to take care of the mentally disabled and just leave them roaming around aimlessly on the streets. They simply cost too much money to keep them institutionalized.
