Medical → Homelessness in the United States
Those homeless man did not seek for medical help for two weeks. Now you can see how his wound got infested with maggots over that time.

| ATTENTION "P": does the word "free" mean anything to you? Incidently, the reason hospitals hate accepting homeless people is because so many of them lie about their conditions/pain in order to get free shots of demerol or morphine. The American health care system is complicated and expensive because so many people abuse it. Work in it for a few years and you'll understand. |

Anyone who allows a wound to go that far when there are dozens of free clinics in any American city deserves to lose his leg at hip.
