Medical → Homelessness in the United States
Those homeless man did not seek for medical help for two weeks. Now you can see how his wound got infested with maggots over that time.

| "The homeless man did not seek for medical help" (Charon Boat,2009). I disagree this man most likely did seek medical attention for the pain before his wound turned into this. However he was turned away from the medical facility because he did not have medicare insurance. It wasn't until his wound worsen to a life or death situation, were it was unethical to not treat him. |
