Polycystic kidney disease is a progressive genetic disorder of the kidneys. This disease is characterized by the presence of multiple cysts in both kidneys.
There is no cure for the disease.

| But, at the same time, when I look at the photo, I can't help but to think about how much fun it would be to take a needle or blade to those babies until their all gone. It must be as soothing/enjoyable as popping bubble wrap! LOL Too far? No way .. I bet a large portion of people that see it are thinking the same thing. We're the same group of people that spend hours on youtube, watching videos of popping pimples, boils, cysts, MRSA, etc. LOL I know that I do! And my favorites are the ones are of farm animals that show GALLONS of puss pouring out of GIGANTIC abscesses. Don't be ashamed .. you know you like it. |

| I've know a few people with this condition and they say that it's horribly painful and even WORSE when the cysts burst. But, this photo .. ? Holy shit, that's something awful. I can't imagine the pain in this case. |
