In January 2009, a joint UN World Health Organization and the Iraqi government study concluded that between 104,000 and 223,000 Iraqis had died violently since the US invasion of Iraq.

When u really thing about it;
the Soviets had a ton of distruction to the country. and had to spend a hella lot to repair.
the US had a major immigrate boost, a + to the economy, and the nukes where what ended the war. so america came on top and really 'won' the war
And we are winning in Iraq, but not Afghanistan. so its more 50/50 |
