Accident → Lovely... Amazon
An excavator fell in a river in the Amazon while carrying out work on a gas-line for Petrobras. The operator broke the glass to free himself but wounded his hand trying to escape. The blood attracted Piranhas...

| The image is probably that of a diver. When divers in full gear die, there is a phenomenon where the exposed body parts, and the interals, rot and are eaten, but the skin and body protected by the divers wetsuit remain. |
