Accident → Tropical Storm Hanna (Haiti, 2008)
Hurricane Hanna was the eighth tropical cyclone and fourth hurricane of the 2008 Atlantic hurricane season. At least 537 deaths have been reported, mostly due to flooding in the northern part of Haiti, making it the deadliest tropical cyclone in the Atlantic basin.

Most of the webmasters, owners, servers and advertisers of todays "death picture" sites come from Norway, Denmark and Holland. It would not surprise me if these same dickheads put misleading descriptions on photographs just for giggles or out of sheer stupidity. I mean in Haiti theres blacks 100% to the core and all I see here in this pic are South East Asians.
