Brutality → Children with conduct disorder
Conduct disorder is a psychiatric category to describe a pattern of repetitive behaviour where the rights of others or the current social norms are violated. Symptoms include verbal and physical aggression, cruel behaviour toward people and pets, destructive behaviour, lying, truancy, vandalism, and stealing.

| This is the most atrocious act of disturbed behaviour I have seen in a very long time, I sincerely hope they are caught and face harsh sentences for this performance of cruelty. That almost made me vomit. These sick SOBs deserve the same done to them.

Some people are Disgusting. What amusment can you get from torturing a puppy. I can't wait until these kids get tortured by someone bigger than them. I hope the psychos go to prison and get raped by some guy named bubba. But that wouldn't even be enough justice.
