Brutality → Children with conduct disorder
Conduct disorder is a psychiatric category to describe a pattern of repetitive behaviour where the rights of others or the current social norms are violated. Symptoms include verbal and physical aggression, cruel behaviour toward people and pets, destructive behaviour, lying, truancy, vandalism, and stealing.

| What can really be done? Police should take actions ASAP, where did you guys found this picture? | No body has to hang them nor shoot them , becauz of the brain's power: every time they see a dog, they will see the images of what they did to that puppy and there body's will go into a state of "Daydream" where they will feel anxiety with every image flickering of that puppy that they tortured. and that is the worst anybody can experience (it's like torturing them selves) |
