Brutality → Children with conduct disorder
Conduct disorder is a psychiatric category to describe a pattern of repetitive behaviour where the rights of others or the current social norms are violated. Symptoms include verbal and physical aggression, cruel behaviour toward people and pets, destructive behaviour, lying, truancy, vandalism, and stealing.

| The individuals in this picture can be found. When this picture was uploaded to a website the URL (IP Address identifier) can be found and tracked to the computer that uploaded it originally. That individual must know who these sociopaths are and may be one of them. This is not just a couple of sick individuals, this is a crime and punishable with jail time. These additional pictures had to originate somewhere so I would suggest that anyone who views these pictures on a website contact the "Service Provider" who is selling the bandwidth and ask for their help in locating these criminals. |

| Heart broken to see this - I thought about this poor puppy all night and couldnt get the images out of my mind. A lot of this stems from parenting. Parents need to get involved in their kids life and see what is going on so that innocent animals do not have to suffer this sorry fate. Hope they catch the morons. |

| I can't begin to understand the mentality of people like these morons.Did this happen in the U.S. or UK? If it was the US -good luck with trying to find them. If it was in the UK-let me know and if they are caught I personally will take a piece of fishing line,put it round their necks and let them dangle.
