The AK-47 is a 7.62 mm assault rifle developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov. Nearly one million AK-47 assault rifles are manufactured illegally each year.

| Hey Dope I think that you maybe confussing the Panamanian coat of arms which does have a crossed rifle and swoed and a crossed shovel and pickaxe on it but coats of arms are not flags. they can be showen on a banner but more likely they are shields or placks. |
