Accident → Tsunami → Victims of Indian Ocean tsunami (12/26/2004) (Set 3)
The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which had a magnitude of 9.0 to 9.3, triggered a series of lethal tsunami on December 26, 2004, that killed approximately 300,000 people (including 168,000 in Indonesia alone), making it the deadliest tsunami as well as one of the deadliest natural disasters in recorded history.
Fortunatelly, these victims were identified.

| It's not public information and this website should be closed down. Please tell me what sort of information you got from these pictures because I don't get it. I guess you already knew that dead bodies decompose. And if the "interesting" thing for you was the "before and after" thing, well you're the dumbest person ever because the bodies are not those of the girls! Thankfully should I add. |

| The people who posted these pictures are sick!!!! It disturbed me so much that I had to find info about what happened to the bodies after the tsunami : they were numbered and photographed in order to allow a possible identification with the information given by the families (clothing, jewels, tattoos, etc). I believe these pictures come from the identification centres and it saddens me to know that some of the people who worked there were disrespectful enough to give them out or even sell them. These pictures should IN NO WAY be public. And it pisses me off to know that kids or even people who have lost their loved ones that day can find them! But fortunately for the families the bodies are NOT those of the people shown in the pictures. Marianna Pakou was wearing a blue shirt and a black SKIRT when she went missing, which doesn't correspond to the photo at all. The assholes who posted these pictures just picked names of victims. This is even more despicable. |
